Tucked away along the beautiful Brazos River in Mineral Wells, TX, you'll find the historic Rest Yourself River Ranch, our home away from home for the past 5 years! This charming boutique hotel and event center has been the backdrop for incredible friendships, powerful encounters with God, and life-changing moments. And we can't wait to do it all again!

Rest Yourself Family Ministries Women's Retreats are open to ALL women ages 16+, from every background, season of life, and walk of faith. Whether you've attended every retreat or this is your very first one, there's a place for you here!
AND YES, OUR RETREATS ARE FREE!
We never want finances to stand in the way of someone joining us. There is no registration fee, although a $35 donation is suggested to help support the weekend.
Your retreat experience includes all meals, snacks, activities and programming throughout the weekend!
Planning to stay overnight? Accommodations are available at an additional cost and are booked separately. You are more than welcome to attend the retreat without staying overnight!

Our women's retreat is hosted by Rest Yourself Family Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
We are incredibly grateful to Rest Yourself River Ranch, an independently operated business, for generously donating the event space and offering a 40% discount on overnight accommodations to help make this weekend possible!
Their generosity allows us to continue creating a beautiful place for women to gather, grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and experience God's presence together.
REMEMBER: You do not have to stay overnight to attend! Whether you're joining us for the day or spending the entire weekend at the ranch, we can't wait to see you!
Overnight Accommodations at Rest Yourself River Ranch
On-site accommodations are available at the beautiful Rest Yourself River Ranch at a special discounted ministry rate, generously offered by the ranch!
IMPORTANT: Retreat Registration & Lodging Are Separate!
Booking a hotel room does NOT register you for the retreat!
Our retreat is completely FREE to attend, but overnight accommodations are optional and booked separately through Rest Yourself River Ranch.
Every woman attending must complete her own retreat registration, even if she's sharing a room with someone who has already booked!

A few things to know before booking:
All accommodations require a two-night minimum stay.
A one-night deposit plus applicable tax is required at the time of booking.

YES! And we mean it!
Our hearts are to make these weekends accessible to every woman, regardless of her financial circumstances. There is absolutely no cost to attend our retreat and all meals, snacks, sessions, and activities are included!
We do have a suggested donation of $35 to help support the weekend, but it is never required.
The only additional cost is if you choose to stay overnight at the ranch.
All we ask is that every attendee completes her own free registration so we can save her a spot!

ALL women are welcome!
While we recommend ages 16 and older, we also believe parents know their daughters better than anyone!
If you feel your daughter is mature enough to participate in the teachings, worship, and activities throughout the weekend, we welcome her to join you! We've had girls as young as 13 attend and have wonderful experiences.
Ultimately, we leave that decision to the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Our retreats are filled with biblical teaching, worship, prayer, meaningful conversations and plenty of opportunities to rest and connect with other women.
Whether you're coming with a group or showing up on your own, our heart is for you to feel welcomed, encouraged and leave feeling spiritually renewed and equipped for the season ahead.

Great question! Overnight accommodations are not included with your retreat registration.
Rooms are available on-site at Rest Yourself River Ranch at a discounted ministry rate, and there are also several hotels in Mineral Wells just 6–15 minutes from the venue.

No problem at all! You are more than welcome to attend without staying overnight.
Many of our ladies choose to commute each day depending on where they live. Whether you're joining us from down the road or staying for the weekend, we'd love to have you!

We provide all meals, drinks, and snacks throughout the retreat! While we do our best to offer gluten-free options, we are unable to accommodate additional food sensitivities or allergies.
If you need to bring your own food, a microwave and cooler will be available for your use during the weekend.

We love when our ladies bring a group!
If you know you'd like to bring a few friends but haven't confirmed exactly who is coming, we recommend reserving the number of tickets you'll need under your own name.
Once registration fills up, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests, so it's best to secure your spots early!
We can update attendee information once your guests are confirmed. And if you end up not needing all the tickets you've reserved, just let us know so we can release those spots for other women to attend.

When you register, you're automatically added to our Retreat Contact List, which allows us to send important emails and text updates specifically related to the retreat.
If you're registering for a friend, please provide her contact information so she doesn't miss any important details!
If someone doesn't have an email address, it's perfectly fine to use your own in its place.

We understand that plans can change!
Donation tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
If you're unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another woman or allow us to pay it forward to someone else on your behalf.
If you registered with a free ticket and can no longer make it, please let us know so we can open your spot to another attendee.
